Go to the Fasting tab, select your preferred fasting type, and tap 'Start Fasting' to begin your session.

How do I view my fasting history?

Go to the History tab to see all your completed sessions and detailed statistics.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings > Data Management > Export Data to share your fasting data.
